This guided relaxation helps you create a place of safety in your mind that will provide a sanctuary, creating a sense of deep safety. Many of our unfortunate reactions (fight, flight, freeze) to circumstances arise from unconscious fears. One way to circumvent these, is to develop a place within that provides sanctuary, a place where we can safely retreat to. We use our mind as an ally, and not allow our fears to ruin our joy and run our lives. Over time, this sanctuary integrates deep into our being and becomes part of natural state.
