This meditation cultivates connection to the present moment, by direction our attention inwards and to simple aspects of our existance, like breathing. This meditation is based upon Thich Nhat Hanh’s method of aligning simple phrases with your natural breathing.  When you hear the bowl gong chime, you listen to the phrases, then the 2 key words, which you repeat inwardly in alignment with your inhale and exhale.  The words connect us to our breath, and words that create calm, ease and serenity, nourishing our connection to our inner smile and joy.
