Four Yin yoga practices, available 1st week, for 8 weeks; a variety of postures to realign your skeletal system through deep tissue release, as you cultivate a meditation mindset through breathing as you relax. Each session is between 60 – 70 minutes, prerecorded, accessible on Yoga Oasis YouTube channel, through a specific playlist channel you will be given on the 1st Monday of the start of the Series. Bookmark this playlist to access the sessions whenever you want. The playlist will no longer be available after the 8 weeks.
