Transformational Coaching Packages

We will meet online, via Zoom – an easy to use internet platform to engage with the process of your personal transformation.

KEY Transformation to Well-Being
(2 – 3 month program)

1. Discovery Session: 75 minutes, reviewing life ~ health history, key objectives and ascertain optimal entry point(s) of engagement:

  1. Body: What physical challenges exist? Ideal options for structuring in appropriate yoga style & postures, consideration of dietary changes, etc.
  2. Psyche: How is your vitality? Your attitude? What practices most suit your constitution to shift and up-level your emotional-mental health.
  3. Spirit: Do you experience joy? A connection to all life / nature? What creative explorations best suit you to become a conscious creator of the life your heart desires?

2.  4 x 60 minute sessions over the next 2-3 months, dependent upon your schedule. Throughout the process of creating a sustainable life shift program, we’ll be adding to and tweaking what you’re doing. The aim is to develop self-care practices, in a consistent manner, that heal, nourish and integrate all levels of your Being.

3. You’ll be given ‘home play’, which may include:

  1. Verbal Instructions: Our online sessions, using the Zoom format will be recorded and sent to you; if you want to review verbal instructions, you can listen again.
  2. Written: If you learn more deeply through writing, you’ll receive descriptive notes of the practices – sometimes with little images if the practice requires you understand physical propping for poses or using imagery in breathing practices.
  3. Audio Recording: These may include breathing and/or guided relaxation and/or meditation practices.
  4. Videos: If a particular physical or breathing practice is best illustrated and utilized through the video format, this will be recorded and sent to you. For example, if you engage a posture and breathing practice best accompanied by video instruction, this is the method we’ll use.

4.  Check-in via email, during the weeks we don’t meet for the 60 minute sessions. These will happen according to your schedule.

Payment plan available of 2 monthly installments of $300.
Super Dee Duper Whole New Me ~ Woman Package
(4 – 6 month program)

  1. Discovery Session: 75 minutes, reviewing life ~ health history, key objectives and ascertain optimal entry point(s) of engagement:
    1. Body: What physical challenges exist? Ideal options for structuring in appropriate yoga style & postures, consideration of dietary changes, etc.
    2. Psyche: How is your vitality? Your attitude? What practices most suit your constitution to shift and up-level your emotional-mental health.
    3. Spirit: Do you experience joy? A connection to all life / nature? What creative explorations best suit you to become a conscious creator of the life your heart desires?
  2.  2 additional 75 min sessions, approximately once every 4 – 6 weeks, according to your schedule, to summarize and shift you into the next phase of your personal transformation.
  3. 12 x 60 minute sessions over the next 4-6 months, (1 every 1-3 weeks), adding to and tweaking your ‘home play’ so we create a sustainable program, where in you engage life style practices to heal, nourish and affirm self-mastery.
  4. You’ll be given ‘home play’, which may include:
    1. Verbal Instructions: Our online sessions, using the Zoom format will be recorded and sent to you; if you want to review verbal instructions, you can listen again.

  6. Check-in via email, during the weeks we don’t meet for the 60-minute sessions. These will happen according to your schedule, and need for support & encouragement.
